According to the Newsweek "Get moving: Guidelines set healthy activity levels",everyone should do some exercise every day to have good health.But how much physical activity you need depends on age and level of fitness.For adults,take a quick walk,jogging,or bike race are some good choices.For childen and teens,brisk activities are required,they can do skatboarding,soccer, or skipping and so on. In fact,a quarter of U.S. adults are`t active at all in their leisure time,and more than 60 million are obese.To keep in shape as well as have good health,what we have to do is---leave the chair and go out to sport!

For modern people,what they do in their leisure time is not sport,but stay at home all day long,do some shopping,see the movies,just to name a few.For modern children,what they do after school are go to the cram school,learn the musical instruments or just stay at home watching TV.Because most of us seldom do some exercise,many people are obese now. If we want to keep in good shape,we should sport at least three times a week.What we have to do is very simple,we can jog in our neighborhood,ride the bicycle in the country,or go to the mountain climbing.After that,you will find that the more physically active you are,the more health benifits yougain.


In my childhood,I almost had to take the medicine everyday.Since I caught the cold easily,the medicine became part of my live.Every time when I saw the medicine,what Iwanted to do was throw it away.But I couldn`t,because it will make my sickness getting worse.At that time,my parents was painstaking,they had a job in day time,but they still had to drive me to Kaohsiung city to see the doctor at night.That really was a terrible memory to me.Thanks to my parents,my health condition get better after I grow up.So,we really should cherish our body and do exercisr regularly.After all,without good health,we can do nothing.
